We live in amazing times where we are able to create wonderful change in our lives by changing & restructuring our own inner world and releasing perceptions, old programs and limiting thoughts that no longer serve us. The way we interact and feel about ourselves come from experiences we have had growing up, from the beliefs and viewpoints of significant people that surrounded us growing up as well as what behaviours and ways of thinking that has been passed down genetically.

 

We all have the opportunity to step into a life we are passionate about if we are willing to do the inner work of letting go of resistance, overcoming fear and releasing limiting paradigms that hold us back.

As we work together, I will help you to identify, clear and untangle any limiting thoughts, beliefs, and situations that are holding you back from living the life you truly want to experience.

This experience is interactive and you will be asked to take steps to participate in your own transformation, this allows each person to know that they are their own power rather than placing it outside of themselves, I am able to facilitate the process but ultimately you will begin to understand you are your own gift to yourself and the creator of your own experience.

This is a 3-month inner pilgrimage that is offered twice a year, designed to help you feel empowered, to get crystal clear on a vision for your life, and to understand and know that anything is possible. 

In these sessions we will explore whatever is needed to bring you more fully into alignment with who you truly are in a grounded and practical way.

Over our 3 month time together, I will help you to connect to yourself and intuition on a deeper level through:
